How much does a monthly rental cost in San Sebastián?
It depends on the neighbourhood, the size and the season. Above you can see each apartment with its guide monthly price —July and August have their own rate— and we confirm the final price in writing before you book.
Which neighbourhood suits a longer stay in San Sebastián?
It depends on your plans: Gros if you want the beach and a young vibe, the Centre to have everything on foot, Amara for a well-connected work stay. We cover them area by area in our neighbourhood guides.
Can I rent only from October to May?
Yes. Several San Sebastián apartments are rented exactly for that stretch —1 October to 1 May— aimed at courses, master’s degrees and work seasons. Each card shows the apartment’s exact availability.
What's the minimum stay?
One month. From there, whatever you need: two months, a quarter, six months or the full academic year. If you need to extend while you're here, we'll always try to make it work.
What does the monthly price include?
A fully furnished and equipped apartment, WiFi and initial bed and bath linen. Utilities and other services depend on the flat and duration — we detail everything in the proposal, with complete clarity.
Do you accept pets?
Some apartments do. Mention it in your request and we will confirm which apartments welcome pets.
