A seasonal contract with the agreed duration, the deposit and utilities explained in writing. No small print, no standard-lease strings.

How we charge

All three of us want the same thing

You pay us nothing. The tenant pays the rent to you, into your account. Our fees are paid by the tenant.

The ownerPays us no commission. The flat comes back on the date written in the contract.
The tenantPays us every month, for as long as the stay lasts. The day they leave, we stop charging.
UsWe only earn if the home is right and the stay lasts. The same interest as the other two.

This is not a sales promise: it is written into the contracts both parties sign.
